BEFORE
The existing Joven JH 35 water heater, wall-mounted in the HDB unit, had exceeded its lifespan and exhibited internal tank leakage, which was beyond economical repair.
AFTER
A new Joven JSH35 water heater has been installed. The scope of works included the installation of a new stop valve, double-check valve, drain pipe, equipotential bonding, and 2.5mm² electrical wiring. The installation is covered by a one (1) year workmanship warranty from Homeone, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty for the unit.
