AFTER
The new model Rheem XC-30 has been professionally installed by Homeone. The works included a new stop valve, double-check valve, and drain pipe, along with proper equipotential bonding and 2.5 mm² electrical wiring for safe operation.
Every step was carried out in strict compliance with PUB and EMA requirements, ensuring long-term reliability, safety, and full protection of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Sky Habitat (CONDO)
BEFORE
The existing Joven JH56 above ceiling water heater in this condo had reached the end of its service life. Visible internal tank leakage made repairs uneconomical, requiring a complete replacement to restore safe and reliable hot water supply.
AFTER
A new Joven JSH56 water heater has been installed. The scope of works included the installation of a new stop valve, double-check valve, drain pipe, equipotential bonding, and 2.5mm² electrical wiring. The installation is covered by a one (1) year workmanship warranty from Homeone, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty for the unit.
