Before Replacement:

The homeowner noticed a leak near the heating element and rust on the fittings. The unit was aged and no longer safe. Corrosion had spread to the tank and cold water inlet, raising concerns about water quality and structural integrity.
After Replacement:

A new Joven JSH68 was professionally installed with stainless steel pipes, fittings, electrical safety upgrades, and a backflow control valve. All works were performed in compliance with PUB regulations, with supervision by a licensed plumber.
Inspection Findings
- CCorrosion observed on tank surface and fittings – may lead to tank rupture or water contamination.
- Leakage around cold inlet – can worsen corrosion and reduce water pressure efficiency.
New Components Replacement
