Case Study: Joven

A homeowner at a condominium in Heritage View reported Joven Power Tripping and No Hot Water, traced back to an ageing Joven JH35 storage water heater.

Our role was to inspect the electrical and plumbing setup, identify compliance gaps, and execute a safe and regulation-approved replacement.

Inspection Findings

Burnt Neutral Cable: The heater’s neutral cable was visibly burnt, indicating overheating due to poor connection contact or overload. This poses a serious electrical safety risk.
