After: Rheem EH-40M
Date Of Replacement: 22 Apr 2025
Project Location: Bayshore Road

Before Replacement:

The old Rheem 65SVP10S heater had visible corrosion, internal rust contamination, and lacked essential PUB-mandated components, including double-check valves and stop valve or stop cock. The homeowner reported discoloured and rusty hot water, posing risks of backflow and contamination.
